Gayle has a bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Akron and is IGSPHA certified. She was the recipient of the 2011 ACCA-Central Ohio Presidents Award as well as being 2J's 2010 Salesperson of the year. Gayle started in the HVAC industry in 1985 as Dealer Rep in Ohio Edison's HVAC Marketing Department. She called on home owners ran a heat loss/heat gain on their home, gave them recommendations on new HVAC equipment and then referred them to one of the Contractors on her program. She was then recruited to come to Columbus as a Territory manager in 1994 for a local distributor and has worked consistently with HVAC contractors ever since.
