Jenny Attended Princeton High School in Cincinnati. She began working for a mechanical contractor her junior year in high school as a coop position. She worked on the contractor side (Perfection Services, Kuempel Service) of the business until 1997, when she was hired at Bryant Habegger. She then worked at Habegger until 2000, when she came to 2J. Jenny can't really pinpoint one favorite experience. She loves this industry and keeping up with people she has met and just working with them in general. "I like a variety of things: reading, dancing (even though I'm not very good at it), and working on my farm.

My TV show choices tend to be tacky and lean towards realty TV (Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, Redneck Wedding, etc.) I don't normally have much time for TV though.

Gary attended Austin state university in Clarksville, TN. He graduated with a bachelors in Business and Marketing. Gary is a new addition to the team and spent 24 years with Lennox. His favorite experience has been working with contractors to share ideas on pricing products, deciding what products to offer and how to market to customers. In addition, he likes supporting training ideas to offer to techs in order to further their education in the field. He enjoys strategic advertising ideas and spreading awareness to consumers by brainstorming ideas for Marketing, Signing, Paper ads and Internet purposes.

I share ideas with owners to keep Technicians motivated to offer new products to grow their business and solve Consumer needs. I help in preparing them with the future demands and products so they are ready for the upcoming and not just reacting. This helps them be the front runner and not the follower. I educate them with resources so they can find cross reference of products. This allows them to use regular parts instead of paying more for the same items. This, in turn, assists them in maximizing their profitability."

For the past 14 years Tom has been a Firefighter. He has been a volunteer in Bright, Indiana supporting them as a Lieutenant of the department for the last 5 years. He has also been a part of Ice Rescue for the last 6 years. He primarily works on ponds to save people and animals that have fallen in the water. Tom also partakes in R.I.T Team (Rapid Intervention Team). They stand by neighboring departments in case there is a need for a team to go into a burning building to save the life of a trapped Fireman.

His second and equally interesting hobby is his children's sports. He has 2 sons that have played baseball and basketball since the day they could walk and Tom coached them until they reached High School.
